Privacy requests
You can ask LIFT for access to, a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of your personal information, or raise a privacy complaint. Other rights may apply where you live.
Email wilsonsymonds111@gmail.com with the subject LIFT privacy request.
The email link opens your email app; it does not submit a request by itself. If it does not open, copy the address into your email service and send the request there.
What to include
- The type of request or complaint and enough detail to understand it.
- Your LIFT username or the email linked to your account, if you have one.
- Your country or region, so we can review the rights that apply.
Do not send your password, health reports, or identity documents with your first message. We may ask you to verify your account before releasing or deleting personal information. We will use request details to handle and keep a record of your request.
Other ways to manage your data
In LIFT, open Profile, then Export & Recovery to export your workout data, or use Delete Account to delete your account. See the account-deletion instructions if you cannot open the app.
How we handle requests
Wilson Symonds reviews requests under the law that applies to LIFT and responds within the time required by that law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why and any applicable way to challenge that decision.
To raise a privacy complaint or ask us to review a response, email the same address. You may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live; Australian users can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Read our Privacy Policy for more about the information LIFT handles and your choices.
