Delete an account and data

You control your LIFT data.

Delete your account inside LIFT

1. Open LIFT.
2. Open the Body Stats tab.
3. Tap the profile photo.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE and confirm.
6. Confirm with Apple or Google if asked. Password accounts do not need to enter their password again.

LIFT removes your account, cloud data, and data stored by the app on that device. This cannot be undone. The same steps work for new, unverified email, and guest accounts with a LIFT login.

If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also stop Apple sharing that sign-in: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Sign in with Apple, LIFT, Delete, and Stop Using. This is separate from deleting LIFT.

Cancel billing separately

Deleting LIFT or its account does not cancel an Apple subscription or request a refund. Manage Apple subscriptions or request an Apple refund separately. Your consumer-law rights remain available. Contact support about remaining data; copies kept by recipients and Apple financial records are outside this deletion process.

If the app cannot be opened

Do not send a password. LIFT may ask the user to verify ownership of the account before deleting data.

Guest data

Guests with a LIFT login can use Delete Account in Profile. Guests can also remove data on this device with Clear Local Data.
